The New York Times nods to Brooklyn Bridge Park

In an article highlighting various literature about New York’s historic Brooklyn Bridge Park, Sam Roberts features Brooklyn Bridge Park: A Dying Waterfront Transformed. Roberts describes the park as a “1.3-mile waterfront gem”.

In Brooklyn Bridge Park: A Dying Waterfront Transformed, co-written by Joanne Witty and Henrik Krogius (Empire State Editions, Fordham University Press, $35), Witty and Krogius examine the development of the park as it evolved from idea to execution, highlighting the unique challenges the community faced over a period of several years. It is a 272-page volume with 16 gorgeous color photos, and 50 black and white photos.
